How do I use a silicone mold to made fondant flowers?

Mary - from Kitty Hawk, NC

You'll want to dust the silicone mold cavities lightly with cornstarch; shake out any excess.  Then, press the fondant into the mold.  If the mold is very deep or very detailed, you'll want to place a small amount of fondant into the mold first, and press it into all the crevices of the mold detail.  Then press in additional fondant to fill the mold.

To unmold, use the tip of an angled spatula at the edge of the mold - between the fondant and the mold - to pull the fondant out.
