You used a technique with chocolate to make flowers like you would with fondant. What was the recipe?

The chocolate flowers were made with Candy Clay, a combination of Candy Melts and light corn syrup; you’ll find the recipe in the Recipes section of the website. Candy Clay can be rolled out and formed into a wide variety of shapes, such as flowers. Demonstration of using the clay is found under Return to all questions
