Do you have any suggestions on what to do with the cake crowns once the cake is leveled?

There are a number of things you can make with cake scraps:
- Make a parfait by layering ice cream or pudding with cut-up cake and ice cream topping, top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings!
- Make an ice cream cake by layering ice cream, topping and cake scraps in a springform pan. Freeze until ready to serve, then top with whipped topping, fruit and nuts.
- "Rum Balls" are a delicious way to use cake leftovers!
