What size brush should I use for brush embroidery? What sort of tip should it have – round or flat?

The type of brush you use for making brush embroidery is a personal preference. The smaller the brush tip, the finer the detail of brush embroidery you’ll be able to make. While I prefer a flat brush, either flat or round brushes can be used.
