Any favorite cheesecake will work! We suggest placing foil-wrapped cake circles in the bottom of the springform pan so that you don't lose the pan base – and you can make more than 1 of the same size cake! If you plan to tier the cakes, it's usually best to use separator plates vs. stacking one on top of the other. Then, ice and decorate the cooled (thought not cold) cheesecake as you would any cake layer.
