How long are the icing colors good for? I have had mine for about 5-6 yrs. I am not baking as much.

The icing colors have a  "Best if used by time frame" of 36 months. This just means that after 36 months the color may not be quite as bright or the item may not perform exactly the same. Over time, icing colors may dry out slightly, but they can be restored with a few drops of glycerine. It is still completely safe to use.
