Nancy, in your pina colada cake the recipe asks for buttermilk, if I don't have buttermilk which ingredient can I replace it with?

A good substitute for buttermilk is soured milk - add lemon juice or vinegar to milk (about 1 tablespoon to 1 cup) and let it stand for 5 minutes.
