When I use the leaf tip, my leaves tend to have a "forked tongue" shape at the end. Is there a trick to making a pointed end?

Sometimes increasing the pressure you're using to squeeze the bag will create a better pointed leaf end. If that still doesn't work, use the tip of a knife or thin screwdriver and open the tip slightly to improve the icing flow.
